The finished Fountain at the opening on Monday the 31st at 11.00am.	The Designer Victor K. de Fontenay at the opening Ceremony

The fountain is now the centerpiece for the upgrading of the Market Square & the entrance ways to the town of Old Noarlunga.

The Offical opening was on 31st August 1998 at 11.00am.

The Opening of the Fountain was conducted by the Governor of South Australia, His Excellency Sir Eric Neal, AC, CVO.

Already the council has taken bookings from a number of couples wanting to use the Fountain & its arch as a backdrop for their outdoor weddings.
