The concrete is sprayed through the steel on to the earth or plastic behind, starting at the base & working up.
A good nozzle man is able to judge his thickness but knows he should finish 300mm (1'0") wide at the top & have straight walls.
The concrete has a very thick consistency & with a high cement content sticks to the base & the steel.
