"The Pool will be set in to full natural ground. The pool will finish between 300-600mm above natural ground, depending upon the level at which water or rock is encounter during excavation."

"All floor-wall joints will be connected at 300mm centers with Y12 deformed bar cranked once 90dge with 450mm legs & tied twice on each leg to the floor & wall steel. The cranked bars shall be set at 1’ centers. Wall steel shall be F818 mesh set central in the concrete with supports of bar chairs set to eliminate any vibration in the steel during spraying."

"The concrete shall be readymix concrete with a strength of 32Mpa at 28 days. The concrete shall be made with 10mm aggregate. The concrete shall have a slump of 50mm and will not have a water/cement ration of greater than 50%."

"The pool shall be finished internally with a water-line tile of up to 300mm in depth and there after will be finished in tiles if cost allows otherwise the finish shall be marcite or plaster & pool epoxy paint. If plastered, the plaster shall be a 3-1 sand cement mix with bycol plasticiser."
